A: You can just send your list with quantities to our salesman.
Then we will prepare proforma invoice , including the approximate
shipping cost for you.After your confirmation and payment proof,we will
start to arrange your order.
2-Q: How much is the shipping costs? And do you provide free shipping?
A: Usually most of the logistics companies calculate the freight fee according to both the actual weight and size of the package(s). They will charge the fee based on the weight or size, whichever is larger. Please note that sometimes shipping to remote destinations requires more time and additional fees due to their international logistic policies. And we currently do not offer free shipping.
3-Q: Do you have any other spare parts, except LCD for iPhone?
A: We only provide LCD for iPhone currently. You know, it is impossible for one factory to manufacture all kinds of spare parts for smartphones. Those who can provide all are trading company. We are factory, and supply LCD directly to you.
4-Q: What’s the warranty for your products?
A: All of our products can have one year warranty. You can return the defective products back to us and we will retest all. Then you will get the replacements if they are all quality issue.
5-Q: What’s the MOQ?
A: There is no minimum order request here. Any sample orders will be accepted.
6-Q: What’s the quality for your products?
A: All of them are for grade A+ quality. They are on hot sale in Europe, USA, Latin America, Africa .As we all know, different qualities will be needed by different kinds of customers. What’s more, we can manufacture the products according to your demand. So it is better for you to take some samples to have a test first.
7-Q: What’s the payment methods?
A: Currently, we can accept T/T (Bank transfer), Western Union and Paypal(Below $ 1000).
8-Q: How long can I receive my package?
A: Normally, we need 2-3 days for preparation on your order after the payment. Then it will take around 2-4 days for the shipment via by DHL.
